I'll give you an Easy Way to Train CJ Weapon Skill to be HITMAN in GTA San Andreas. Okay, first before you all read this Tips, i ask you one thing : "Have you ever play this game?" if you're not, this is a good game for spend your time(but if you're not get bored, i think :p).
For you guys who ever play this game, can you feel something Uncomfortable about Shooting with your Weapon? maybe it's Slow or spend long-time to kill the enemies? biarpun Weapon Skillnya CJ bertambah perlahan-lahan apakah anda tahan jika dikepung oleh banyak Polisi disekeliling CJ/anda? but why you're not using Infinite Health or No Wanted cheat? Yeah maybe, but i think it's not Fun if there is no Resistance from any Gangs or Cops for sure.
Here we go, i'll give you Two Tips, Using Cheat or Otherwise(it's all up to you).If you using cheat, you just type "FULLCLIP" for infinite Ammo then Buy a Weapon or Cheat it (LXGIWYL/PROFESSIONALSKIT/UZUMYMW). For the Clean Way, first you must Get a lot of Money then Buy a Weapon with A lot of Bullet(maybe around 300 to 500 for SMG and 100 to 200 for Pistol/Shotgun) and don't forget about the Armor, it helps for sure.
After all that Way, get into the Police Department. if you don't know where the police department is, just make CJ "BUSTED". Why must the Police Department? because The Police Department is the Great Place to Train CJ Weapon Skill, coz' it has a Corner and one place where The Policeman came Continuous.
After you get in, Crouch(ctrl+C) and try to find the Corner which you can easily Shoot the Policeman in one Way, You can find it in side of Jail or near Administration Office. UPS, One Thing i must say "don't pull out your Weapon in the Police Department before you get in the Corner". if you pull out that Weapon, the 2 Star Wanted would appear. If that happen, Run and try to find the Corners Immediately, before 7 COPS knocked you down in same time.

After you in the Corner, Pull Out your weapon and try Shoot anything to Hook the Policeman to come out. Shoot any Policeman who came continuously until 6 Star Wanted Appear. Don't Worry about the FBI, Helicopter, Soldier or Tank coming Through, just the Policeman who serve you to HITMAN level in Weapon Skill. After all Weapon Skill Fulfilled, Suicide is the Fast Way to Escape from The Police Department but if you want to get more Fun, try to Get Out from The Police Department, get the car and find Pay n Spray(but if you Can Xp lol)
